This place suits me perfectly! The 24-hour reception, free parking, and lovely lounge area make my stays enjoyable. I remember the friendly staff helping me find my lost earring on my first visit. I highly recommend it!

that was magnificent hotel set in beautiful area, adjacent to the river, the main restaurant and henley-on-thames. all the staff was competent, settled my issues. overall it was stocked and high-class with dual shower. i enjoyed main bar. the whole experience was really enjoyable.

I enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning served by friendly staff and appreciated the comfy bed and nice shower with Molten Brown products in my room during my short stay, allowing me easy access to beautiful parks, like Henley Park, just under 2.5 km away for a relaxing stroll along with the picturesque Thames Path, perfect for city explorers like me.

Had a really nice stay! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the room was super clean and comfy. The staff were super friendly, especially arif at reception who was really helpful and cute. We loved walking around the beautiful grounds by the river. It was so quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway!

The confusing layout for check-in and navigating to rooms can add unnecessary stress upon arrival!!! Inconsistent maintenance with plumbing and shower facilities detracts from overall comfort !!!

The lawns descend directly to the riverbank. Rooms feature modern amenities and Molton Brown toiletries add a touch of luxury that's hard to come by.

Internet connection across the premises is frustratingly unreliable-multiple guests struggled with different mobile networks, rendering calls and online access nearly impossible. The restaurant experiences can vary considerably. It was closed for significant periods due to events, leaving us with limited dining options that didn't quite hit the mark, especially the lunch offerings, poorly prepared. The atmosphere in the bar can feel constricted when it's reserved for private events, which wasn't disclosed prior to our arrival.
